The Human Resources Generalist assists with developing, coordinating, and implementing services, policies, and programs; assists and advises hiring managers and other stakeholders about HR issues; reports to the HR Director of an IT government contracting firm that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance, located in Herndon, VA. Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented. Individual with HR experience in a government contracting environment is required.
Required Education ,Experience and Skills :
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position and telework is not an option. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. No travel is expected for this position. This is not a telework position – Herndon Office Location.
