Office Administrator position is responsible for providing general administrative support across offices on two floors/buildings. Duties include scheduling meetings and conference rooms, receiving visitors at the front desk, accepting deliveries, coordinating and resolving facility issues, creating and tracking expense reports, tracking and dispensing security cards. Event planning for all-hands quarterly meetings, picnics, monthly happy hour, holiday parties, etc. Assisting with onboarding and off boarding employees. A strong team player willing to support various departments within the organization.
