    Responsibilities

    Government contractor looking to fill this entry position with a team player, high energy enthusiastic individual with three years’ experience in corporate office setting:

    Office Administrator position is responsible for providing general administrative support across offices on two floors/buildings. Duties include scheduling meetings and conference rooms, receiving visitors at the front desk, accepting deliveries, coordinating and resolving facility issues, creating and tracking expense reports, tracking and dispensing security cards. Event planning for all-hands quarterly meetings, picnics, monthly happy hour, holiday parties, etc. Assisting with onboarding and off boarding employees. A strong team player willing to support various departments within the organization.

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Previous experience working in a professional office/corporate business setting / environment required; receptionist experience preferred
    • Highly motivated, self-starter and independent thinker
    • Follows through tasks until completion with no reminders
    • Must have the ability to make sound judgments, handle and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while being interrupted with new/shifting priorities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with proficient written and oral communication skills
    • Detail-oriented
    • Solid experience in MS Office products specifically with email and calendar management; Google drive experience preferred
    • Creative, solutions-oriented, multi-skilled individual to enhance organizational culture preferred

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or HS Diploma and 5 years of experience in a professional/corporate setting as administrator
